Does my counterbalance forklift card cover a rough terrain machine?
No. An industrial counterbalance truck and a rough terrain truck handle very differently, and NPORS treats rough terrain as its own category (N009).
Is there a separate masted and counterbalance category?
No. NPORS lists one rough terrain lift truck category covering both — some providers market them separately, but the NPORS category is the same.
Do you deliver on construction sites?
Yes, and that is usually the point — the assessment reflects the ground, gradients and congestion your operators actually work in.
Could a telehandler be the better card?
Often, yes. If your machine has a telescopic boom rather than a fixed mast, you need N010 telescopic handler instead. Send us a photo and we'll tell you which.
