Is one day enough for our workplace?
If your first aid needs assessment shows lower risk and a smaller team, usually yes. Higher-risk sites and larger workforces normally need the three-day First Aid at Work course.
How is it assessed?
Four practical assessments during the day plus one 15-question multiple-choice paper. Everything is completed on the course.
Can you train a whole shift?
Group size is capped at 12 learners per trainer, so larger teams are split across sessions — often morning and afternoon on the same day at your site.
How do we renew it?
There is no shortened route: the one-day qualification is retaken before the three-year certificate expires.
