Who is the responsible person?
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 it's usually the employer, owner, landlord or building manager. They must keep a fire risk assessment under review and make sure staff receive fire safety instruction and training.
How often should fire training be repeated?
Qualsafe recommends refreshing every three years, though changes to your premises, processes or staff should trigger it sooner.
