How it works
Numbers, sites and any deadlines — an audit, a new contract or a certificate about to lapse.

Learners receive their certificates, and we remind you before anything expires.
Questions
Anything else, just call us on 0151 558 1470.
Does a pallet truck really need training?
Yes. It's powered equipment under PUWER, and it causes a significant share of foot and ankle injuries in warehouses.
How long does it take?
Often half a day to a day, depending on experience and how many operators are being trained.
Can we train several categories in one visit?
Yes — combining pallet truck training with counterbalance or reach truck sessions is a common way to reduce cost and disruption.
