Questions

Anything else, just call us on 0151 558 1470.

Is this the same as Mental Health First Aid?

It's the awareness level. The Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace is the two-day qualification for designated mental health first aiders and line managers.

How is it assessed?

A single 15-question multiple-choice paper at the end of the day.

Is the content difficult for learners?

It can be. Our trainers set ground rules at the start, build in breaks, and make sure everyone leaves knowing where to get support.
