Questions

Anything else, just call us on 0151 558 1470.

Is a Level 2 certificate a legal requirement?

Food law requires handlers to be supervised, instructed and trained in line with their work — it doesn't name a specific certificate. A Level 2 qualification is the recognised way to evidence that, and is what environmental health officers expect to see.

Do you cover allergens?

Allergenic contamination is covered within the day, and a separate Food Allergen Awareness course is available where you need more depth.

Can you train during service hours?

We work around your kitchen: early starts, split sessions and quiet days are all normal for us.
